Return Policy

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at sl@orel.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
Step 3: Securely package the item(s) along with any documentation or accessories provided. Clearly mark the RA number on the package.

4. Shipping and Handling

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Insurance and Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refunds

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, missing parts).
